Ryan is the ultimate professional who is willing to break it all down for a potential buyer. He does not mess around when it comes to pointing out potential issues with subject houses, nor does he fail to warn of pitfalls from construction companies or construction types. My wife and I visited scores of homes with Ryan as we ventured on our buying process. Of these, Ryan continually impressed with he knowledge of neighborhoods, people, and construction. Run, don't walk, to his office to have him help you purchase a home in the Indianapolis area. Ask for the "Hommell Special" which comes with a free diet coke on select showings.
